Customer Success Manager

West Coast, US (Remote)

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll help users with the product, answer product and pricing questions, and be a liaison between users and the product development team to help identify and resolve product issues. You'll work with customers to onboard them, enable their workflows, and deepen their understanding of Spreadsheet.com.

Within Spreadsheet.com, you’ll serve as an advocate for our customers, helping to guide our product efforts and translating customer feedback into actionable insights and feature ideas based on user feedback. This role will constantly evolve as you continue to find new ways to help our customers be successful.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Onboard and assist new customers, learning about each customer's business needs and figuring out how that customer can best use Spreadsheet.com.
  • Discover and evangelize new use cases for customers, helping them deepen and expand their usage of the product.
  • Simultaneously managing multiple customers at different points of the customer lifecycle.
  • Become a master of Spreadsheet.com's product, recommending new features on behalf of customers.
  • Build trust and strong relationships with customers, developing a sense of community among our customers.

What we’re looking for

  • Spreadsheet enthusiast who can't stop talking about their love of spreadsheets
  • 4+ years using spreadsheets at work to manage information, projects, budgets, etc.
  • Enjoy helping other people solve problems with spreadsheets
  • Self-starter with an enthusiasm for creative problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interest and familiarity with productivity tools
  • Bonus: Previous experience in customer success or account management at a tech company, ideally in the productivity space
  • Bonus: Experience at a small, fast-growing startup
