Product Manager, Growth

West Coast, US (Remote)

As Product Manager for Growth you will help define product led growth strategy for Spreadsheet.com — all aspects of acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role encompases everything from high level growth strategy to all of the tactics required to execute on it over time, including new product features and enhancements designed to drive growth. You'll also own metrics and all of the tools and techniques we use for growth measurement and optimization.

We're a remote-work company and this is a 100% remote role for someone based in the United States, ideally on the west coast.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Work with company leadership to define high level, multi-channel growth strategy, and the tactics to implement it.
  • Define processes and product improvements for continually learning from and iteratively improving the new user onboarding experience, as well as all aspects of acquisition, engagement, and viral loops.
  • Work with PM and Design to create features and content to optimize engagement and response rates.
  • Own metrics at Spreadsheet.com, using tools such as MixPanel.
  • Work with PM and Eng to ensure proper instrumentation for capturing the right data.

What we’re looking for

  • Analytical and strategic thinker with a desire to play an early role helping a SaaS company prepare for growth
  • 3+ years in Product Management, Analytics, or Growth Product Design at a company with a lot of traffic/users.
  • Proven track record of shipping product features that deliver results.
  • Experience building across platforms (desktop, mobile web, app)
  • Experience with experimentation is a must. Strong bias for using data to guide decision making.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with a talented team of engineers and designers.
  • Passion for building products that unlock value for people who are not power users.
  • SQL, Google Analytics/Event Tracking, Financial analysis/case experience are all pluses
  • Bachelor or Master degree in quantitative or engineering related field
